12/21/08 ~ Solstice & Navigating the Changes as Humanity Evolves

Today on 12/21/08 we honor Solstice and we begin the four year cycle until December 21st, 2012. This date has been prophesied to be the beginning of a new level in Consciousness on our planet. 12/21/12 marks the end of an ‘Age of the Sun’ and the beginning in a ‘New Age of the Sun’. It marks the beginning of a New Age in Consciousness within Humanity and within our world.

This shift has already begun, many of us having gone through shifts in our own consciousness and receiving deep realizations of Peace and Divine connection. However now these shifts are heightening and accelerating as ourselves and our world shed ideas and beliefs of ‘Separation’ and embrace the Divine reality of Unity, Oneness and connection with Divine Source.

We, Humanity, are in a time of transition, from the old to the new paradigm. So much in our world is in change, transition and upheaval. The old illusionary ways bubbling up to be seen, healed and transmuted into Oneness. There are completions occurring within patterns and relationships in our lives that no longer serve our highest good and new relationships and doorways opening to our Grand Divine Potential.

During this time there can be a sense of emptiness, a feeling of the unknown, a void as we are making space for the new paradigm to be manifest, in ourselves and in our world.

How do we cope in these times?
What can we do to stay centered and grounded?

November 3rd 2008 ~ In Memory of Thomas Francis Coughenour

On November 3rd 2008, My Beloved Cornflowers Father and my Father-in-Love passed his body and moved into the formless.

I am eternally humbled and grateful to have shared so many precious, intimate, love filled moments with this Man I know as Pappa-Love.
His heart, his Spirit, his courage and the depth of his love has opened my own heart in ways that words can not express.

He was a true living example of how when you live from your heart and humbly offer your gifts to the world, what a profound difference you can make.

As I stand by my Beloved Partners side and we move through this time of grieving, healing and transformation I am reminded of how precious life in form is and what a blessing it is to Love, Live and Breath together on this Sacred Earth.

Thank you to all those who have offered your Loving Presence, Prayers and words of support during this time, it is deeply appreciated.

I still see Tommy’s deep, blue eternal eyes gazing back at me, filled with love and reminding me that we are never separate, that in the Sacred Space of Love and Oneness we are eternally connected.

Sunday 9/21/08 ~ International Day of Peace

I am grateful to launch my new website, which offers a deeper reflection and presence of who I am and the teachings and wisdom I am offering in support of Humanities Awakening.

Enjoy the many gifts and wisdom offered through this site. While this is the third version of my web site, this launch marks a new beginning into sharing my wisdom on a greater level into the world. I am Grateful for this moment.

Calling forth the reality of Peace and the creation of the New Earth in the
United States Presidential Election.

Our world is evolving. During the process of evolution comes the time of Transition where the opportunity arises for an evolutionary leap to be made on a large scale. We are in this time now. We are at the moment where the manifestation of a whole new world is possible.

On November 4th a new President and Vice President of the United States of America will be chosen. In this election we have the opportunity to create a new type of politics and leadership for this country. We have the opportunity to release the old patterns of fear, control, separation and struggle and move into the new paradigm of Peace, Unity, Sustainable Solutions, and the Paradise resonance being manifest on Earth.

This creation is up to each of us, and we are needed now, to hold the light of our intentions so that this New Paradigm can be manifest Simply and Easily.

Please take time each week in the lead up to and on November 4th, to focus your prayers and intentions and assist in this creation.

We have the opportunity to shine our light and together manifest the New Paradigm of the New Earth. The Creation of a Peaceful world is up to each of us.

2007 - 2008 A Spiritual Hermitage
This last year I have been diving deep within, into my connection with Source, and to the Peace that resides in this place of connection. This has been a type of spiritual hermitage, calling forth my greater gifts, and deeper Divine clarity, so I may share this heart clarity and presence. For I believe now is the time for embodied wisdom, that ripples out as a resonance of awakening into our world. This is the place I dedicate myself to each day, to embodying Divine connection and living a Conscious Life from a place of Oneness and Peace.

This is the resonance in which I am launching my new web site.

The web site will include my new projects, creations and the intentional work I am offering into the world. The web site will offer wisdom, tools and techniques supporting personal and global awakening through written word, programs, meditations, events, tele-classes, tele-conference calls and sacred sound Cd’s, with the focus on supporting Conscious Living.
