What is Meditation?

Why do we Meditate?

How does Meditation serve us and our daily lives?

Meditation assists you by creating a space to connect with Divine Source Consciousness, the space within you where the Creator Energy is alive and present.

This energy is you and meditation is a tool to assist the remembering and experiencing of this Consciousness.

Meditation allows you to clear away blocks and allow this Creator/Creative energy, to flow into you and through you. It allows this energy to be experienced, with the intention that one day the State of Being you experience in Meditation will be the State of Being you experience in your every moment.

Meditation is about tapping into a clear, still, pure, crystalline, expansive ocean within you that is unlimited and peaceful, powerful and eternal.

As you become comfortable in this expansive stillness, you bring this Presence into your life and can use it to consciously direct your intentions/thoughts to manifest your chosen reality.

This is the path to Self Mastery, the path of Enlightenment and Self Realization.

Meditation can look like:

Closed Eye meditation
Open eye meditation
Walking meditation
Movement meditation/yoga
Sound meditation

Meditation can be done in any moment and really in any form, it is about tapping into and being present with the Unlimited God/Goddess SELF within; the space of Consciousness and Divine Presence. The ultimate goal of meditation being to assist you to live from this connected and centered space in every moment.
