Navigating this time
of Transition, Change & Evolution ~ 8 Simple Steps

 So
here we are, Humanity in the time of transition, from
the old to the new paradigm. So much in our world is
in change, in upheaval, the old illusionary ways bubbling
up to be seen, to be allowed, healed and transmuted
into the Oneness.
We see this transition
in our Economy, in the Political arena, in Environmental
issues, in Humanitarian issues and in the blossoming
Spiritual movement.
Our world is deeply
interconnected and what is affecting one country and
her peoples is rippling out to affect the whole. We
are a global community; this is no longer a spiritual
concept but a tangible reality.
Some call this a time
of chaos, change, evolution, what ever we choose to
call it, it is clear the doorway is open for each of
us to heal the old paradigm and call in the presence
and manifestation of the New Paradigm of Peace, Oneness,
Truth, Sustainable solutions that serve the Whole, and
the Honoring of all Life.
How do we cope in these times?
What can we do to stay centered and grounded?
Here are 8 simple steps
to assist you during this time of evolution.
1.
STAY CENTERED
| Staying
centered and grounded is a key to navigating
these times.
Find a technique, a prayer, a meditation,
a piece of music or a place in nature, something
that allows you to access the still, silent
and receptive state of Beingness. Beingness
is a doorway to Divine connection and Divine
connection is the primary support during
these times. Practice daily opening and
being in this centered, Peaceful place.
At least once a day slow down and become
present to the moment.
The breath can be a powerful tool to assist
you to become present in the moment and
access this State.

2. OBSERVE
| Observe
yourself and your surroundings.
Notice when you feel caught up in the ‘drama’
occurring around you or within you.
When you see that you are being affected,
don’t judge yourself, just recognize
what is happening and come back to the present
moment. Surrender your judgment of the situation
and ALLOW what is occurring. There is a
bigger picture in all that is occurring
and each situation holds gifts for you,
a mirror for your Awakening and Self Realization. |

3. ASK for Guidance
| As
you allow what is occurring and find your
center, then from this place of Beingness
ask for Guidance using what ever words that
work for you. Then be open to receive this
guidance. Release what this needs to look
like, it will come, just stay open, be patient
and know that you are deeply loved.

|
4. RELEASE the FEAR, Return to the New Paradigm Reality
| Fear
is a powerful old paradigm reality and can
sway one from the truth within.
Release the fear when it arises; surrender
it to your Higher Self. Recognize that it
does not serve you, your Health, your Resonance
and your decisions. Breathe and let it go.
Stay focus on the Reality you are choosing
to create.
Sometimes
we can get out of the ‘fear space’
ourselves and sometimes we need assistance.
Create a system for yourself so when it
becomes to much, you have a something or
someone around you that offers a reminder
of the place of Peace, Oneness and the reality
that you are choosing to create.

5. SUPPORT
| Find
and create support systems that reflect
for you the New Paradigm.
Find at least one person you feel comfortable
to be your SELF with and they feel the same.
Support can also look like local communities,
events, online communities and connections,
but you want to have, if possible, at least
one person who you can share with, in the
moments of Joy and in moments of challenge.
This person
does not take place of the primary Divine
relationship that lives within you, and
it is not about becoming dependant on this
person, you are two whole beings offering
a Sacred Divine reflection for eachother,
you are ‘Divine reminders’ for
eachother, New Paradigm Co-Creators.

6. INTENTIONS
| Set
you intentions for what you choose for your
life, for your health, for your work, for
your finances, for your family. The universe
is waiting for you to direct the energy
coming in now. Contemplate, become clear
and express 'What you choose your New
Paradigm to Be’. YOU ARE WORTHY
to create the world you love in alignment
with the Highest Good.

7. GRATITUDE
| Gratitude
is a doorway for Divine presence and being
in gratitude moves energy.
Offer truthful gratitude whenever you feel
the call and practice giving gratitude for
your life. In times of challenge see if
you can focus on a few simple things you
are grateful for this will assist in shifting
the energy.

|
8. The New Paradigm is Here, NOW
| The
new paradigm is already here, ready to be
manifested on our planet through each of
us. This is why we and our world are in
this time of transition. Remember this when
you are going through the shifts and shedding,
keep things in perspective. These are the
times of Self Mastery and profound personal
and global evolution.

FINALLY
Take care of Precious
you, slow down when you can, Breath, Be Grateful,
allow the joy & laughter and know that not only
are you awakening
but you are assisting the evolution of Humanity and
our world.

A Conscious Human Being
What
does it mean to be a Conscious Human Being?
As Human Beings, we are 'creators' and 'co-creators'
of our world. When we realize and connect with the Divine
truth within, we open the path to becoming a ‘Conscious
Creator’, and from this place we can create
and live the life that fulfills our deepest hearts calling.
When we align
ourselves with the Highest Good and Honor all of Life,
then our creations and our lives become a ‘Living,
Breathing Prayer of Peace’ into the world.
As a Human Race,
a Human tribe, the time has come to move through the
struggle into a world where we are thriving, a world
based on Oneness, Harmony, working together to create
solutions that serve the whole and a world living in
the resonance of Peace and Conscious connection.
As we Awaken
to the Peace and Truth within, we then naturally respond
from this place in our daily lives and in our relationship
to the world. As we 'Become the Peace' we wish
to see in the world, our presence ripples out. With
each conscious step and conscious choice we create a
Peaceful world and the New Paradigm of the New Earth.
As Conscious
Human Beings we become a bridge for Heaven
and Earth, the Formless and Form to unite
through us. We release the reality of separation and
fear and move into a reality of Peace, Oneness and Awakened
Presence.
This is our
opportunity and our gift, to become ‘Conscious
Human Beings’ and together co-create a Conscious
and Awakened world.

Creating Peace through
Balance
 Creating
a world based on balance, equality and recognition of
the gifts of the Feminine and Masculine is an important
step in creating Peace. As
we honor and value the Masculine and Feminine we assist
in creating a space of unity and harmony within ourselves
and our world.
Our world has
seen Women and Men hold different roles and status in
the many cultures and time periods throughout recorded
history. We have seen cultures based on a Matriarchal
rule and cultures based on Patriarchal rule. There have
been few cultures on record that honor both the male
and female as equal, honoring the gifts of each and
working together in harmony to create a united culture.
This we believe is the culture we are now creating and
birthing into and Humanities destiny.
Feminine and
Masculine goes beyond man and woman, female and male:
Feminine and Masculine represent energy and Divine essence.
These energies are represented in the yin-yang symbol.
This symbol recognizes that both energies are essential
and hold an equal role in creating the whole, the “One”,
the wholeness of life and the Divine.
By fully embracing
the gifts of both aspects and allowing them to become
united within us and within our world we assist in the
creation of a Peaceful World and support Humanity’s
growth and evolution.

The Role of SURRENDER
Surrender: An
opening to the Divine, making space for Divine guidance.
I believe Surrender
to be an essential aspect of this path of awakening.
Surrender means the willingness to let go thinking,
feeling and believing that I have to do it all on my
own. It means to move into a co-creative relationship
with my God Self, my Awakened Self that is already present
within me. I have found surrender to be an essential
step in creating space and allowing greater truths,
miracles and doorways to open that which I was previously
unaware of.
Surrender asks
me to offer up to my God Self how I think or feel things
are supposed to look. It is a call to embrace change,
allowing that which no longer serves me to fall away
and allow my highest path to continue to reveal itself.
Surrender opens doorways to realizations, creations
and miracles that are in alignment with my highest good
and my highest awakening. Surrender supports me to be
on the path to realizing and manifesting my Hearts Bliss.
As I embrace
the gifts of Surrender, I realize what a powerful shift
this has been for me in my willingness to embrace the
seeming ‘Unknown’. To no longer fear the
unknown but to dive into it giving gratitude for this
space. The unknown calls me to be open, to trust and
give gratitude knowing that all is in Divine perfection.
Embracing the unknown allows greater truths to enter
into me and greater creations to manifest into my life,
Oneness manifesting in form.
Our world is
in a profound time of evolution, we are being called
to surrender to the Divine all that we are and all that
is occurring on our planet and within humanity. With
this offering we are then called to trust that we are
each being Divinely guided as to our unique role. Our
unique part in assisting the birth and manifestation
of a world based on Oneness, Peace and Unity, a world
based on Divine connection, a world which honors both
the Sacred Feminine and Sacred Masculine in balance
and harmony.
I feel surrender
plays an essential role in supporting the New Earth,
the Heaven and Shambhala resonance to be birthed through
each of us and made manifest in our world.

The Path of Trust
TRUST: A powerful
piece of the co-creation cycle.
TRUST: To BE in a
state of grace filled surrender.
TRUST: The space between
intention and manifestation, between Divine knowing
and co-creation.
Trust is part of the
circle of co-creation. It is an essential ‘peace’
to being a Divine Human Being. Trust bridges Divine
Knowing with Divine creation, bringing this knowing
and these intentions into form. Trust is a bridge between
the formless and the form.
In Trust I have set
my intentions, called forth my path, listened and said
YES, I have surrendered. I then step, jump, fly into
the unknown to allow all I have said yes to, to be made
manifest.
Trust calls forth
the courage to BE in the unknown, the space between
my prayers and their manifestation. To listen, be aware
and follow the Divine guidance that comes with Being
in Trust.
To be in a state of
Trust reflects knowing there is a greater Divine plan
unfolding. To me Trust also represents letting go of
what I think and feel things need to look like and allow
Spirit to guide the manifestation of my prayers and
intentions.
In trust I remember
that no matter what the steps look like, that which
has been called forth is unfolding according to the
highest path and for the highest good. Being in trust
reminds me ‘that which is already yours is now
being made manifest’.
In my heart I Know….
We are Creators.
We are each creating the world we live in.
We are each making manifest Heaven on Earth here and
now.
I believe that our world is on the path to the New Earth
being made manifest and the solutions and pathways are
now showing themselves.
TRUST is an essential step in this creation play.
Spirit has called
me to the edge, I have been told that my enlightenment,
all I know in my heart to be truth and my hearts bliss
is ALREADY MANIFEST. So I jump, I leap, Heart and arms
open to God. In the moment before I fly, in the moment
before I fully land in the arms of the Buddha, the arms
of the great Mother…in this moment before all
is realized…this is the place of TRUST.

The Power of Gratitude
Gratitude….
I AM Grateful..
What a powerful reality
to truly live.
I deeply believe in
Gratitude, I believe that living from this resonance
in every moment has profound ripples into my life and
my creations. I believe Gratitude is of a God or Source
resonance, a resonance of the Oneness.
Gratitude to me is
also a sense of humility and deep appreciation for the
miracles I find my self present to each day. Gratitude
creates a state of awareness to the gifts in every moment.
It opens my eyes to see through the eyes of the Divine
I AM Presence within me, which is Me. Gratitude opens
my eyes to the gifts of every moment, the miracle of
my breath, the miracle of my physical healthy body,
the miracle of my Beloved and the love we share, the
gift of our beautiful four legged golden fluffy reflection
who chose to grace this world with his presence in the
form of a dog.
At Thanks Giving,
while with some spirit family, we all went around and
spoke about what we are grateful for. One person mentioned
how there is so much to be grateful for and I totally
resonated with this. When looking at my life through
the lens of gratitude there are so many miracles and
blessings.
So how do I live this
day to day, moment to moment? No matter what is being
reflected to me, can I move into a connected sense of
Self and the resonance of gratitude? Can I be grateful
for the gifts and messages being shared with me through
each encounter with life? How awake am I willing to
be, how present?
I know this, I practice
this, I see the miracles directly manifest from this,
I live this, but what is stooping me from going deeper?
Why do I feel frustrated and resistance, I feel it like
a thin veil between me and fully being the Creator I
AM, fully embracing my Creator Self.
Is it that a birth
is occurring, is it that I am asking of myself to move
into a deeper connection with God I AM. Is that this
choice is also being made by many now on our planet,
the choice to move from powerless and disillusionment
to powerful, beacons of truth and light. This is our
job, this is my job. I am a guardian of the Oneness.
I know the way. As I am moving into a clearer resonance
I know there can be a sense of breaking free, of shining
the light on any resistance to embracing this, to move
into a deeper understand of the truth that I already
know, a deeper level of communion, a union with the
Divine in each moment, on every breath.
So Gratitude for me
is a spiritual practice, sometimes it flows naturally
and sometimes it is a discipline, a call to be clear
as the separation is still being played out and completing.
Gratitude is a state of Being, a state of Grace and
a state of the New Paradigm in this next cycle of Humanity.
Gratitude opens the
doorway to see Goddess/God in every moment and to transcend
the struggle and separation and move into the creator
self, shifting the paradigm into Oneness, Love and the
Divine.
Each moment is an
opportunity to find God, to recognize the Goddess and
to see the path of the Oneness. To BE the presence of
the One, amidst all that is going on.
God is Here, Now, in this moment. LIVE THIS!
Gratitude is key to
birthing Heaven on Earth
and I am the mid wife…
WE, Humanity, Divine
Humans in Form are the mid wives.
